Assessment Centres

We simulate real work situations in order to observe an individual’s potential in a specific managerial position. We always work with the ‘4-eye principle’, that means 2 assessors observe one candidate to secure a higher level of reliability. By providing our objective external opinion we support your management selection and succession planning decisions. Furthermore, we provide a written report that includes the strengths and areas for development observed during the assessment centre.
