Development centres help companies identify the development needs of high potentials by putting them through simulated management exercises. These are performed within specific timeframes and under observation from trained observers, usually involving your line managers and HR partners. Written reports and feedback at the end help the individuals to understand their strengths and development areas which will enhance their careers and support business objectives.
