Having worked for a British company as a regional top executive, Benny is a global person and is at home in any executive and cultural settings. He is fluent in Cantonese, English and proficient in Mandarin.
With his depth of experience gained in top management exposure across functions and cultures, Benny is keen to use this to engage executives to advance their career objectives.
His current projects include executive coaching, facilitating team building, communication and leadership training including coaching practices, cultural integration, launching new corporate culture and strategizing, assessing senior executives and selecting executive trainees, coaching MBA students in leadership skills.
Benny is a chartered accountant with 23 years experience with a global insurance company acting as regional CFO with responsibilities for finance, I.T. and HR. He is a master coach with over 10 years experience with middle to senior executives and he is certified in a number of psychometric assessment tools.
