He gained the necessary experience to listen and understand the needs of customers and his staff. Today, he shares his knowledge and skills to help businesses to achieve their corporate goals through a whole range of services from consultancy, executive coaching and facilitated training. He is fluent in English, German and French. His experience in multinationals and years of living in Asia enables him to build bridges between people from the West and the East.
He is a founder of True Colours and he also gained prominence in the Swiss community as the President of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce. In 2008, he left to live in Switzerland where he now works as senior consultant for True Colours in our Swiss Office.
