As a learning and development professional, Harriet’s passion is in helping organisations achieve their business objectives through developing their people. She joined True Colours in 2008 after 18 years of management experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors covering finance, education, and marketing and fundraising.

Current projects include HR consultancy, running and leading leadership development centres, delivering executive coaching programmes across a wide range of sectors, developing and delivering training and workshops to help companies develop and deliver change. In many of the projects she acts as a bridge between different sectors and cultures within Asia. Harriet has had extensive experience working in the UK, Germany and Hong Kong.

Harriet has a bachelor degree in German from Newcastle University, England, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Oxford University, England and is qualified as an executive coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching in Australia.
