Today, Susanne combines her entrepreneur and corporate background in the area of people management and leadership development, helping organisations and individuals to change from within to achieve positive changes. Her current projects include strategic HR consulting, delivering and facilitating assessment and development centres, coaching executives, implementing leadership processes, delivering of various training program and facilitating change management processes.
Susanne is certified in a number of psychometric assessment tools and a qualified Executive Coach from both Swiss and Australian institutes. She holds a Higher Business Diploma in Economics from the Institute of Management Studies in Bern, Switzerland. She is fluent in English, French, German and Swiss German.
Susanne is also the President of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
